Shipping Policy
1. Orders across Pakistan will be shipped free on orders above Rs 4999.
2. Delivery may take 3-6 working days to arrive.
3. Before processing the order, representatives of “Samaraat Foods (SMC Private) Limited” will contact you about the order for confirmation or if there is any mistake in your order.
4. The customer is responsible to enter the correct contact and address information to deliver the product on time.
5. COD (Cash on delivery) service to all across Pakistan is not available yet. Will be added soon.
6. In the case of a Direct Bank, Easypaisa & Jazz Cash Transfer, kindly provide the transaction proof. So we can verify the payment and process the order.
7. The order may arrive late due to bad weather conditions or the courier company’s negligence.
